Meet Jean-Marc ALDRIC, Director at the Walloon Public Service - Department of Infrastructure Management and Sustainable Planning, Belgium
Jean-Marc ALDRIC, a chemical engineer with a doctorate, has acquired in-depth expertise in the field of environmental technologies. He has made a significant contribution to the development of the legal and technical framework for the management of contaminated soil and waste.

Jean-Marc is currently Director of the Infrastructure Management and Waste Policy Department. This department plays a key role in the development and implementation of regional policies, in particular the Walloon Waste-Resources Plan (PWD-R). It also oversees the financing of household waste treatment facilities and supports projects focusing on waste prevention and management.

In addition, he remains involved with future generations by giving lectures and participating in various academic initiatives.

He will be addressing the subject of the end of waste: context, limits and prospects for mineral circularity in Wallonia.
